Game Day - Duration of the game (45-90 minutes)
Portraits - Typically 30-60 minutes ($100 add on)
I'd love to learn more about you and your photography needs. This all starts with a simple phone call, text, or email. I'll gather information such as the sport, player and team information, and answer any questions you might have. If contacting my by email/text I will send you a questionnaire to fill out with the information I'll need. A text message asking me to call you is preferred because my phone sends unknown numbers directly to voicemail.
Once we have given you all the information and answered all your questions the next step is to schedule your photo shoot. We set a date, time, and location. In order to block out your session I do require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package price. I send over the contract that goes over all of the information you will need to know. Once signed and returned and the deposit has been paid I block out my schedule for your session.
It's Game Day!!! I arrive to the field typically 15 minutes before the game so that I can scout out the area and so we can meet. You will show me who your athlete is so I can be sure I'm photographing the correct athlete. When your athlete is in the game my only focus is on photographing them. I will photograph the team, officials, coaches, other athletes, etc... when appropriate, but not while your athlete is in the game playing. If you added on the portrait session to your package I will do this before or after a game or on a completely different day. Portraits require the use of field, court, etc... and sporting equipment. Final payment is also due on game day.
I pride myself on quick turn around times. I do basic editing and color correction on all photos that will be delivered to you. I do not remove backgrounds, people, animals, etc... from the photos. Once the photos have been edited I send you a personalized gallery where you can download all original high resolution digital photographs. A photo release is included in the contract that you signed. You will also have the option to purchase prints directly from the gallery.
